In a world as contentious as ours, it gives me hope to remember that the little things are really the big things.
My mixed media artworks, with their intricate, handmade three-dimensional elements and themes of simple joy, are an invitation to the viewer to simply pause, breathe, and remember that joy is accessible to us all.
At times exhibited as individual tiny canvases, and others in larger mosaics of multiple images, my intention as an artist is to actively contribute to creating an environment, and indeed a world, in which we are more connected, and more joyful.
Each individual art piece is designed and created as a tiny prayer, a breath of intention, for a more peaceful humanity.
